THE_win: GotEM — Piloting the fight against global crime and fraud

In the first place the company aims to decentralize the future of crime and fraud investigations through Blockchain innovations and Smart Contracts.

The GTX token issued on Ethereum chain mainly will be used for payments and executing smart contracts between the customer and contractor in many countries but also will drive the growth of the ecosystem.

In these times cybercrimes are constantly increasing and more and more people are looking for a fair help in terms of private investigation. GotEM is creating a unique platform where users will be able to post their requests or to take part in private or crowdfunded investigations if having related necessary skills and experience, a platform made of and for cyber security specialists, private investigators and private security.

After the official release as a peer-to-peer decentralized platform, the user can apply for hiring a detective based on the type of the case, location, budget and the wanted results from the investigator. If accepted a reply with terms of agreements and acceptance will be sent. Presuming everything matches with the needs and budged simple steps should be followed. Uploading balance of the case with credit or debit card and waiting for service completion. Funds will be stored in escrow and converted to GTX token. No much than 20% of the balance will be available to transfer to the detective for covering costs and the remaining released when all criteria are matched. Also, GotEM will charge a percentage only for successfully completed cases.

Users can self-fund a case or to pull additional funding by initiating crowdfunding till pointed amount.

With reputation and voting system integrated after concluded investigation, an option to leave a rating regarding the input work and achievements of hired detective will be available. All crowdfunding participants will have the voting rights to select which one detective or more are to partake in the investigation, to approve or disapprove with milestone and whether or not release escrow funds. All reputation and voting information of a detective is stored on the blockchain.
